About this event

Expand on foundational pole techniques in this weekly drop-in pole class designed for those with some prior pole experience. Each week will focus on different skills that prepare students to approach Intermediate Pole and beyond, including conditioning exercises, choreography, improvisation studies and more! We cover a wide range of skills including low flow, climbing prep, combos, etc, with each class tailored to students' specific needs.
