Step into the peaceful warmth of sound and the healing atmosphere of a Himalayan salt cave for a deeply relaxing 60-minute sound bath at Purple Salt in Essex, Vermont .

Surrounded by salt walls and therapeutic salt air, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest while the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments wash over you. This intimate experience is designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space to simply pause, breathe, and be.

With only 10 participants per session , each sound bath offers a cozy, personal experience where you can fully settle in and receive.

Duration: 60 minutes

Cost: $40 per person

Wear comfortable, loose clothing. The salt cave can feel cool, so bring an extra layer or light blanket if you'd like. It's also a good idea to drink plenty of water before and after your session.

Come as you are. No experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary - just bring yourself, get comfortable, and let the sound do the rest.
