Danielle V. Dennis is the dean of the University of Rhode Island Feinstein College of Education and professor of literacy teacher education and policy. Dean Dennis is currently serving as the president of the International Literacy Association and as a member of the AACTE Government Relations and Advocacy Committee. Danielle's research focuses on using assessment to make instructional decisions, the ways that school-university partnerships build teacher capacity, and how policy can enhance or inhibit reading instruction.
