Reiki Healing Sound Bath 11/22

About this event

Join Theresa and Heather for a peaceful Sunday morning of relaxation, healing, and restoration at Practical Magick.

Theresa will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, and fairy chimes, creating a soothing soundscape to quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage a meditative theta state.

Throughout the experience, Heather will offer individualized Reiki energy healing to each participant, bringing an additional layer of comfort, connection, and restoration.

Together, we are creating a warm, welcoming space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.

Come cozy! Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow so you can get comfortable and fully enjoy your Sunday morning experience.

Give yourself permission to pause, soften, and be held. You deserve this time for yourself. Space is limited so reserve your spot today!
