American Mah Jong

About this event

American Mah Jong is a highly engaging, social tile game that uniquely blends strategy, skill, and a little bit of luck . It stands out from other versions by using Joker tiles and the "Charleston" (an exciting tile-passing phase at the beginning of every hand). American Mah Jong requires you to memorize combinations, pivot strategies on the fly, and read what your opponents might be trying to build. Regularly playing the game exercises your short-term memory, focus, and executive functioning, and it is widely recognized by experts for helping keep your mind sharp as your age. This group is for people wanting to play Mah Jongg. If you already know the game or want to learn come play in a friendly, social environment
