- ➤ Effective today, Vermont Fish & Wildlife sets new inland fishing rules: anglers may keep up to 50 panfish per day while only 25 black or white crappie are allowed and their sale is banned; anglers must also renew wild baitfish and add fish seller endorsements when selling fish. NBC5
