  • Colchester’s Development Review Board approved an $8M hotel project on a slope overlooking Malletts Bay last month, despite strong local concerns about environmental impacts.   • A state audit released on Thursday uncovered over 1,700 childcare violations during 5,200 site visits between 2022 and 2024.
