  • Recent Census Bureau data shows Vermont lost 726 residents from domestic migration last year, reversing a Covid-era influx — international migration slowed from over 1,000 to 600 new arrivals. Demographers say low birth rates and an aging population may continue to limit local growth.  VTDigger

  • A stormwater break caused minor erosion outside Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport, prompting crews to close the road between NCO Drive and Ethan Allen Drive + repair the damage after South Burlington Police received a mudslide call around 4:30 p.m. Mar. 7.  NBC5
