Today, the McClure Legacy Fund honored philanthropist Lois McClure by awarding $1 million in $100K grants to 10 nonprofits, including Burlington Hope Lodge which supports cancer patients and caregivers.

Soulmate Brewing Company in Morrisville earned a bronze medal for its Coffee Imperial Stout at the Best of Craft Beer Awards in Oregon this morning, making it the only Vermont brewery to reach the podium; the award arrives as the company nears its three-year anniversary, adding to its 31 medals.
