- ➤ Skip Lisle installed his Beaver Deceiver at Harriet Winter’s property in Morristown on Monday, May 11. The device, made of wood, wire and PVC tubing, lets water flow and keeps beavers from clogging the dam in a decades-long effort to help people and beavers live together. VTDigger
