Vermont volunteers and Dartmouth researchers are joining the Culvert Crawlers program (a volunteer effort) to inspect and clear culverts ahead of heavy rains that could damage roads, following the 2023 flood.

The shared data helps local crews prioritize road maintenance in vulnerable towns.
