- ➤ Residents in the Williston Woods Homeowners Association are frustrated that state rules do not list their manufactured home community as a mobile home park, which would let them get funds for needed repairs. Leaders and a state senator have pressed the Agency of Commerce and Community Development for help—state officials said the community does not meet the legal definition for assistance. VermontBiz
