CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Just before 2 a.m., Burlington police responded to a disturbance near City Hall Park and a shooting near St. Paul and Church Streets when someone was struck in the head with a rifle (the suspect also fired one round into the air and a car fled at high speeds); the victim was taken to the University of Vermont Medical Center and discharged while the investigation continues.
