- ➤ Boy scout Niko Chernyshov, 15, battling brain cancer, delivered 500 donated Lego kits to UVM Children's Hospital on Friday—he enlisted fellow scouts aged 5 to 17 to help and hopes the kits bring joy during treatment. - ➤ Three people were arrested in Hartford after a fatal shooting that killed David Labrecque and injured Jessica Lemay — Demetrius Drew is charged with first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon while Jeffrey and Michelle Mullins face accessory charges, and all are scheduled for arraignment at 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
